Mr Ford has worked for a number of major resources companies including Alcoa, British Gas, Western Metals and Rustenburg Platinum. During this period Mr Ford has held a number of senior management positions including General Manager of an exploration company; marketing manager; project manager; operations manager and commercial management positions.
He graduated in 1987 with a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Natal , Durban , South Africa , and later completed a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of South Africa and a Graduate Diploma in Management from the University of Western Australia . Mr Ford is a member of the AusIMM.

Brian Rear has a distinguished career in mining spanning over 32 years of technical and managerial experience in Australia, New Guinea, United Kingdom, Europe, South Africa and Indonesia.
Mr Rear is a graduate from the Western Australian School of Mines in metallurgy. He is a graduate of the Royal School of Mines London, holding a Diploma of Imperial Collage and an MSc (Lon) in mineral process design from the University of London . Brian holds a Masters Degree in Business Leadership from the University of South Africa ’s School of Business Leadership.

Dr Johnson became an Executive Director of the Company on 1 March 2005, providing the Company with direction in the exploration operations. He has accumulated over 25 years experience in multicommodity mineral exploration throughout Australia and Africa. Dr. Johnson was awarded a PhD in 1992 from the University of Adelaide where he graduated in 1980 with an honours degree in Geology. Dr Johnson is a Member of the Geological Society of Australia, and the Society for Geology Applied to Mineral Deposits, and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists and the Society of Economic Geologists.

Mr Flint has over 20 years experience in the corporate and financial services arena. He has held a number of management and senior administrative positions as well as providing corporate advisory services as a consultant to corporate clients.
He graduated with a Bachelor of Accounts in 1984 and later completed a Master of Business Administration from Manchester Business School. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and the Financial Services Institute of Australasia.
Mr Willie Sweta M.Sc (Met), Dipl (Min. Eng)

Mr. Sweta is a very well known and respected person within the mining industry of Zambia as well as within the Southern African Development Community (SADC). Mr Sweta’s extensive work experience within the mining industry includes Roan Selection Trust (RST) and Anglo- American (Nchanga Consolidated Copper Mines), Noranda Mines (Gaspe Copper Mines, Murdochville , Quebec ) and Department of Energy, Minerals and Resources (EMR, Canada ) and Zambia Consolidated Copper Mines Ltd (ZCCM). Mr Sweta has a M.Sc, Metallurgical Engineering, from Leningrad University , USSR and also gained a Professional Development (Min. Eng) diploma from McGill University, Canada .
Mr Jay Klopper B.Sc (Hons) (Geol)

Mr Klopper has over 15 year's exploration experience in Australia and Africa, specialising in base metals and gold, and ranging from remote area to near-mine exploration. Prior to taking up the position of Country Manager Zambia, he worked in Burkina Faso and Tanzania. Mr Klopper graduated with an honours degree in Geological Science from Curtin University, Perth in 1993.
Mr Paul Weedon B.AppSc (Geol), P.Grad.Dip.Econ Geol., Grad.Dip. App. Fin., Grad.Dip. Mgmt

Mr Weedon has over 16 year's exploration, production and environmental management experience in Australasia and Africa, primarily in gold, while working for a number of junior and major resources companies.
He graduated in 1991 with a degree in Geology from Curtin University, and later completed a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Investment from the Australian Securities Institute and a Graduate Diploma in Management from the University of Cape Town. Mr Weedon is a Member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.
